The IN position gives direct pressure against the spine, relieving minor sprains and strains. The OUT position provides more pressure and conrol along the paraspinals, relieving strains and muscle spasms. Customize your back treatment with our selection of lumbar support options. The Flexible Support is only compatible with product that was originally purchased with a Flexible Support. Compatible products have a piece of Velcro® hook on the inside of the back brace.
