It's easy to care for your BioSkin products. Just machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent and then lay flat to dry, as dryers can damage the fabric.

Many of our products are designed to provide a high level of compression, which means that some people feel like a product might be too small the first time they wear it. If you are between sizes, you should probably buy the larger size unless you have an athletic build and are looking for extra compression. If a product cuts off circulation or causes numbness or tingling, then it is too small. If you need a different size, please refer to our Return Policy.

Each product page includes instructions on how to apply each specific product. If you have further questions, please call us at 866-830-5777 and we will gladly assist you. We're available Mon-Fri from 7am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

If you're having trouble with your product slipping down, try activating the SkinLok feature by getting your skin slightly damp before applying the product. Moisture (including sweat) will effectively lock the material to your skin and prevent it from sliding down.

If your product feels too tight, make sure your skin is clean and dry (no lotion) before putting it on. Any moisture on your skin will make it harder to pull the product on. You may also try stretching it with your hands before applying it. The material will relax slightly after use.

If the product still feels too small, you may exchange it for a larger size by following our Return Policy.

If you have circulation problems, including diabetes, please consult with your doctor about how much compression is appropriate for you. Generally, people in good health should not have a problem wearing BioSkin products for as long as it is comfortable.

We do not bill insurance. Certain products are covered by insurance, but you'll have to go through your doctor to be eligible. If you have a prescription from your doctor, certain home medical stores, pharmacies, and durable medical equipment suppliers can provide you with product and bill your insurance.

UPS shipping times are measured in business days and the first day is the day after the product ships. For example, if you ask for 2 day shipping and your product ships on Friday, Monday is the first day and Tuesday is the second day. Your product should arrive on Tuesday. Please refer to ups.com for a list of holidays on which UPS does not operate.
