Bio Skin® Patellofemoral Knee Braces - Treat Anterior Knee Pain

Anterior knee pain is among the common complaints to orthopedic surgeons. Most of those cases are the result of a maltracking patella, an improperly aligned patella, which decreases surface contact area between the femur and the patella. Left untreated, the knee will continue to experience pain and progressive dysfunction with such long-term effects as osteoarthritis in the patellofemoral joint. Bio Skin® patellofemoral braces are designed to decrease knee pain by increasing the surface contact area in the patellofemoral joint and properly positioning the patella. Designed for comfort and function, our knee braces have two-panel construction to keep seams off the sensitive area behind the knee to prevent bunching and to yield a better fit. The special SkinLok™ feature of Bio Skin® materials mean the brace won’t slide down the leg, even during vigorous activity. All Bio Skin® materials are 100% neoprene free, latex free, and hypo-allergenic so you don't have to worry about skin irritations.
